We commit to taking a more active role in supporting programs focused on increasing the number of minorities employed in our growing industry by recruiting candidates who represent diverse backgrounds.
We commit to increasing our partnerships with minority-owned subcontracting businesses and suppliers for our building energy efficiency installations.
We commit to investing in diversity, equity and inclusion training programs internally through specific budget allocation, and making compelling and relevant educational content easily accessible with support from internal resources.
As our efforts and results progress, we will refine and focus on new areas where we can build upon our successes. In the meantime, we remain open to any external feedback that helps us adjust and stay focused on making a meaningful impact relative to our size, reach, and influence.
