Dalkia Gives Back

Employees at Dalkia Energy Solutions are passionate about the work they do and the impact they can make through their work with Dalkia Gives Back. But it doesn’t stop there. Our employees wish to make a broader and measurable impact in our communities as well.

Our Employee Led Social Impact Program

In 2016 our employees decided to establish Dalkia Gives Back, a charitable group where employees could join with each other to identify where Dalkia could apply resources and create a desired effect. Over the last few years, the group has gotten involved in wide range of charitable work, including:

  • Completing sustainability projects with charitable organizations.
  • Assisting non-profit organizations by donating time and resources to complete lighting retrofits and upgrades to existing spaces.
  • Donating to selected charities through crowdfunding to make a larger impact.

Dalkia Gives Back also encourages everyone to get involved on Earth Day which leads to positive action in cities all across the country. The group promotes acts of service ranging from large group beach cleanups to individuals volunteering at a local food kitchen. We also implement charity initiatives at our company-wide team meetings, with past group projects including packing and sorting hygienic items for shelters, packing book and supply bags for underprivileged kids, and assembling wheelchairs to be donated to veterans and those in need.
